Terms of Service

1. Service Description
PMAC supports Evidence-based Project Assurance by analysing project evidence supplied for a Review and producing management-facing assurance outputs.
2. User Obligations
Users agree to provide accurate project information and use generated outputs as advisory materials only. Users are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before applying it to real projects. Automated or abusive usage that exceeds plan limits or disrupts service availability is prohibited.
3. Data Handling
Project evidence supplied for a Review, and the outputs produced from it, are stored securely and associated with your account. We do not sell your project data, and we do not share it with third parties other than the service providers that operate the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Data may be processed by third-party AI providers (e.g., Anthropic). We do not currently delete project data automatically. If you want data associated with your account, project or Review to be deleted, contact us at guy@pmagentchain.com. Deletion requests are handled manually, and we will confirm the scope and timing with you.
4. Limitation of Liability
The platform provides AI-generated analyses on an as-is basis. PMAC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of generated outputs for any particular purpose. Users assume full responsibility for decisions made based on platform outputs.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Suspension or termination does not delete project data automatically. Deletion requests are handled as described in Section 3, subject to any retention required by law.
